Sony Music Entertainment Japan and Sony Pictures Entertainment now officially own 80 percent of the Peanuts franchise. The companies have closed the deal, which was officially announced in December 2025 when it was still subject to regulatory approvals, for $460 million. Sony Music Japan has owned 39 percent of Peanuts since 2018, so the Sony subsidiaries are essentially buying 41 percent of the franchise from Canadian firm WildBrain with this transaction. 这里多说一点：虽然现在有很多端侧的 VL 模型可以在本地 Mac 上跑起来，但它们的处理时长和并发能力实在没办法在我现有的工作流里做集成。所以我选择了一个上古的图片理解模型（Florence-2），能力是差了点，只能输出英文，但速度和并发勉强是可用的状态。
